Since so many people are right now on holidays and my plan was actually to post some of my best holiday pics. But somehow I stumbled over some photos from Argentina/Patagonia. I was there 2007 and visited Perito Moreno Glacier. I figured out that you might like some ice today – regarding the temp. right now, enjoy!

2005 we traveled from Mexico to Brazil in 6 month. My favorite country on this trip was Argentina. With the food I fell in love at first sight – not just eggs and beans. (hmm I guess I have to share my favorite restaurant with you soon). Buenos Aires is amazing, and a big city you do not get tired of so quickly. The countryside itself was absolutely stunning, not just Patagonia, also the desert like north, close to Bolivia.

This wonderful steak we barbecued on a road trip in Argentina up in the mountains at about 4000m. It is not a myth, the meat in Argentina is sensational and so good damn cheap you hardly eat any vegetables over there. I guess I need a good one today!
