I must admit that it was a wild guess, as the nice food in northern scandinavia is limited to reindeer and berries. I would never have guessed Piemonte though. I’ve been there myself, and i loved the food and landscape. I know it’s not exactly there, but cinque terre is also beautiful and the combination of hiking and the ocean view is perfect. Nonetheless I’ve never imagined that area as being uninhabited
