Boxwerk München:
Some weeks ago having lunch at the Frontküche I saw a flyer or was it a sticker of the Boxwerk. Checking their website I decided that I have to train there soon. The Boxwerk logo, their “cultural” approach combined with boxing and the whole concept which stands behind this club seems to be very interesting and well rounded. Can´t wait to see it in real.

A Place at the Table – “Food Inc. 2.0”:
From the makers of Food Inc. another documentary worth to see and to spread. Just two days ago we had a talk about, that kids right now will not grow as big and healthy as we did. The availability for good and affordable food is low. And also the art to process them for your family and friends. It is shown all the time on TV but mostly forgotten and seldom put into practice in a daily routine.

The Best Bar in America – Movie Trailer:
Trailer for the feature film arriving Spring 2013. A whiskey-fueled writing assignment takes one man on an epic motorcycle road trip through the bars and taverns across the American West. Riding a 1960 BMW R60/2, the journey leads Sanders from the red rock deserts of Arizona and Utah north to the mountains of Montana. With help of fellow traveler and sage, Northway, and a variety of other colorful characters along the way, Sanders gets learns the way of the road and the zen of the bar.

Mike Tyson – Early years, a rare documentary:
From his early years, influenced and formed well by Cus’D Amato and not messed up by the others who followed. Cus died in 1985 when Mike was only 19 and started to get a Pro. Cus says in this footage something like: “My goal is not only to form a champion but also to make him independent from me”, hard to say but he failed with the second part of his saying, by passing away too early, RIP.
